Program Costs

Dr. Casas provides medical care unlike any other available. She has a limited practice and exclusively practices Age Management Medicine. She is well trained and Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine and has obtained the highest Certification in Age Management Medicine. She does not work for the insurance companies or anyone else except for you and is therefore able to objectively make recommendations using her vast knowledge of Internal and Holistic Medicine. Although Dr. Casas does not directly work with insurance providers, she will at her patient's request, provide the necessary documentation for the patient to submit for reimbursement, if they are eligible. She is considered an out-of-network provider.

Initial Evaluation Cost of $2,250 includes:

• Comprehensive Lab Evaluation-over 50 lab tests (blood and urine)- worth over $2,000 alone; 24 hour lab turn around time available; option of mobile phlebotomy service that comes to you anywhere in the US
• Comprehensive Medical History Evaluation including 25 page detailed Healthy Aging Lifestyle Assessment and Review of your Old Medical Records which you complete and provide to Dr. Casas in advance,
• Pre-Consultation Evaluation Time-Dr. Casas will spend an hour and a half prior to your consultation reviewing your comprehensive medical history evaluation, reviewing any old medical records which you have submitted, reviewing your current laboratory evaluation and preparing individualized recommendations for your healthy aging program.
• Two Hour Private Office Consultation with Ana Casas M.D., Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine/Age Management Medicine including:

After you have had your initial consultation with Dr. Casas, you will be offered the opportunity to enroll in Dr. Casas' private medical practice with the additional benefit of receiving medications directly from the Partner Compounding Pharmacy. You will also receive complimentary access to the Member Area on this website where you will have: unlimited viewing of the most recent Younger by the Day Age Management Medicine Workshop, ability to view the detailed Younger by the Day Workshop Notes and access to booklets that you can download with the most up to date information in Age Management Medicine. Dr. Casas will update the Member Area on a regular basis and you will continue to receive complimentary access as long as you are a current patient.

Dr. Casas does not bill her established patients by the consultation, phone follow-up or e-mail follow-up. Instead, she implements a flat, Semi-Annual Professional Fee (billed every six months at the beginning of the six month period). This ensures that you will have the unlimited access and follow-up that you need to be successful.

The Semi-Annual Professional Fee of $995 includes unlimited consultation with Dr. Casas via e-mail, phone and in-office at periodic intervals and on an as needed basis. This includes a formal phone follow-up consultation at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 9 months- which are typically half hour long and done by telephone. The Semi-Annual Professional Fee also includes an hour long either 6 month or 1 year comprehensive consultation in the office. You must be reevaluated in person in the office at least once every year. This is an opportunity for Dr. Casas to reexamine you, review your program and your progress, review your laboratory evaluation and make any necessary changes to your program.  In addition, the Semi-Annual Professional Fee includes access to the Member Area of the Atlanta Age Management Medicine Website( a $99 semi-annual value). There you will have access to unlimited viewing of  the most recent Younger by the Day Workshop and Workshop notebook  as well as the ability to download the most up to date information in regularly updated electronic booklets on the topics of greatest interest in Age Management Medicine.

Due to the nature of the medicine which Dr. Casas practices and that many of the medications which are prescribed are controlled substances, requiring an additional medical drug license (DEA license), it is required that the semi-annual professional fee be paid at the beginning of the 6 month period. This assures that you will have the individualized access that you need during that time. Dr. Casas does not want to discourage patients from contacting her by charging them by the e-mail, phone call or office visit. She exclusively works as your consultant, She is able to offer you a direct relationship with the pharmacy and lab which results in a 50% savings on the program. Also, you only incur the inital evaluation cost once. The cost of the program is half as much after the second year since your yearly in-office consultation is included in your semi-annual professional fee.

Dr. Casas does provide patients, at their request, with the itemized documentation necessary to submit to their insurance providers for reimbursement. She is considered an out of network primary care provider. Many patients have been successful in obtaining at least partial to complete reimbursement. Reimbursement varies according to the insurance plan and the diagnostic codes that are assigned after the initial evaluation.

Also, Dr. Casas offers her established patients a Referral Program to express her gratitude for new patient referrals. This means that once you are a patient and have paid your first semi-annual professional fee, you will receive a credit of $150- for each person who you refer and who becomes a patient- towards your next semi-annual professional fee-up to 5 referrals per 6 month period. Many patients have taken advantage of this program. 

Dr. Casas understands that this type of preventive medicine program represents an investment in your health care and has made every effort to reduce the ongoing cost of the program while still making it economically feasible for her to limit her practice and offer the individualized care that she does.The benefits to you will include: unlimited consultation access to Dr. Casas via telephone, e-mail and regular mail and a complete program designed to conveniently meet your needs and your program goals. Dr. Casas is committed to the ongoing education of her patients and offers complimentary access to the Member Area of her website to her current patients. You will need to consult with Dr. Casas at periodic intervals either by telephone or in person regarding your follow-up laboratory reevaluations and progress. You will benefit from automated shipping of pharmacy prescriptions, courtesy electronic filing with your insurance company of your pharmacy prescriptions, programmed scheduling of all follow-up testing and consultations and unlimited professional consultation.

Unlike other programs, this program is not limited to assessing your health and leaving you unassisted to figure it all out. It is designed to completely manage your preventive health and provide you with successful outcomes that will enhance your vitality, prevent disease and improve your quality of life. You will NOT need to spend $2,250 every year for the reevaluation. The cost of the initial evaluation is a one time investment. The cost of your yearly consultations with Dr. Casas, which include a one hour in-office consultation, are included in the cost of your program.This results in the total cost of the program being half as much after the first year.
